The Lifesaving Society Boat Rescue Course is a one-day clinic that will introduce you to skills that you will need to deal with emergency situations and potential dangers you may encounter while instructing or coaching.  At the end of the clinic you will take away the skills needed to manage those situations.

These requirements are adjusted to situations of what can happen on the water.  You will be given scenarios on the water that will be similar to situations you will need to react to as a coach (ie. tow a boat to shore with a child who has a concussion).

Prerequisites:
Basic swimming skills and the ability to handle a small motorized craft (coach boat)
