LTS Instructors Needed - Rock Point Sailing Association
Rocky Point Sailing Association is now accepting applications for new coaches this summer for work beginning July 6th. In particular, we are looking for friendly and professional CYA certified Green or Blue instructors to teach a variety of programs. Previous coaching and racing experience is an asset, but not required.
RPSA is also looking for a new Race Team Coach who is available to work as soon as possible. An ideal candidate would be someone with plenty of racing and coaching experience and who expects performance of a high-caliber from themselves and their participants. Duties will include working with experienced and highly competitive Laser, Opti and 420 sailors and organizing trips to and coaching at regattas. This is challenging and rewarding work for a dedicated coach.
Being the only sailing club located in the Port Moody/Coquitlam/Port Coquitlam area, Rocky Point Sailing Association has become a prominent influence in promoting the sport of sailing to the tri-city area. With an emphasis on fun and recreation, RPSA introduces the CYA Learn-to-Sail levels in a way that is approachable and enjoyable for all ages. Our fleet includes Lasers, Optis, Sabots and some excellent 420s, and courses offered range from Wet Feet to Bronze V.

Head Instructor Needed - Deep Cove Yacht Club

The Deep Cove Yacht Club is currently seeking for a Head Coach. The successful candidate will be a qualified CYA coach with at least 2 years of coaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have taken the CYA Program Manager Module. This position has the potential to become a program manager role in the fall of 2010.
Deep Cove Yacht Club’s LTS program is located in beautiful North Vancouver, BC. We offer programs for sailors aged 4-18 in a fleet of Optimists, Lasers, Pirates and 420s. Applications can be sent to Nikki Petersen at sailingdirector@deepcoveyc.com

LTS Instructor Needed - Ladysmith Yacht Club
